Human Resource Coordinator (Benefits)  Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resource Coordinator (benefits)r. The purpose of this position is to assist in all functions of the Human Resources office specifically assisting the benefits coordinator in benefits administration. This includes but is not limited to providing customer service to all employees, coordinating open enrollment, processing all information to vendors for service, and maintaining accurate records on all medical benefits. Applicant also assists in completing reporting on state and federal levels along with following all state and federal guidelines.  Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations along with, five (5) years human resource experience, preferably in a governmental setting or similar workplace or any combination of education and experience will be considered. Strong communication, computer skills, and previous benefits administration are required. Salary for this position is $48,657.79 plus benefits.    Resumes, cover letters, county applications, and references should be sent to: Human Resources2 North Main Street, Suite 108Greensburg, PA  15601Or may be emailed toemployment@co.westmoreland.pa.us    Emailed applications must place Human Resource Coordinator in the subject line.
