Fiscal Officer/ Disaster Recovery SpecialistWestmoreland County Department of Financial Administration is seeking applicants for the position of Fiscal Officer.Job duties include but are not limited to assisting with grant applications, reporting, review, and monitoring, maintaining inventories of fixed assets, serving as a back -up for the Fiscal Officer III, assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the County Budget, and assist in the purchasing card program.Applicants should have an associate’s degree (bachelors preferred) in Accounting/Finance/Business Management with 2 years experience in government accounting or finance or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.PA driver’s license is required. Minimum of 2 years experience with accounting processes, finances and/or grant reporting.
