Fiscal Officer III

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Fiscal Officer III in the Financial Administration Department.  Job duties include coordinating and assisting in the development, reporting, and monitoring of grants, review and prepare budget amendments, perform audit reviews, conduct compliance reviews of Federal, State, and County policies. Assist various departments with grants applications, reporting, review and audits. Attends meetings, trainings, and seminars as required. Performs other job duties as assigned and required.Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and three to five years’ experience with government accounting processes and a strong understanding of County budgets, or any acceptable combination of training and experience.
