Youth-run West Newton trail eatery sets April opening, plans expanded summer hours

The Outpost River’s Edge Eatery, a youth-operated restaurant along the Youghiogheny River and the Great Allegheny Passage trail in West Newton, will open for its fourth season Saturday, April 6.
