Westmoreland students craft metal selfie frames at parks to mark county's 250th

A metal photo frame is seen at Twin Lakes Park The frame was made by Eastern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center welding students in collaboration with Westmoreland County Parks and Recreation and Westmoreland County’s 250th Anniversary Committee.

Visitors to five of Westmoreland’s parks can celebrate the county’s 250th anniversary with student-created selfie photo frames that are being installed by Memorial Day.
