Westmoreland Museum event promotes public art participation

“The Chalking Dad,” Erik Greenawalt of North Hutingdon, will create a chalk work during Public Art Day on Saturday at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg. Here he works on a piece for the Pittsburgh Riverwalk & Chalk Fest held in May.

A new community art resource will be unveiled during Public Art Day, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg.
