Westmoreland-based nonprofits bide time through fundraiser cancellations

The Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra postponed fundraisers and canceled two concerts and educational programming due to the covid-19 quarantine. Both the Westmoreland Cultural Trust and Old Joe Club Charities were able to hold their largest annual fundraisers prior to the coronavirus-related quarantine.
