Voting Systems Coordinator/ PIO- Election Bureau

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Voting System Coordinator/ PIO in the Election Bureau. This position is expected to coordinate and perform the various ballot related and technology aspects of the election office. Some of the job duties of this position are L&A of the election equipment, assist with the create of the ballot per the guidelines, confirm appropriate offices per municipalities and enter it into the software, coordinate election results, conduct election trainings for candidates, employees and temporary employees. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in informational technology, and some elections experiences is preferred.  County residency must be established within 180 days and maintained throughout employment.  Applications, resumes, cover letters, and salary requirements should be sent to:Human Resources Department2 N.
