Candidates that meet these requirements will be capable of joining the Westmoreland staff at a full time status. Starting Telecommunication Officer pay rate is $20.80 / hour with all benefits related to a full time status after a 45 day probation. The accelerated class will be exempt from 911 introductory examination and is subject to a 6-8 week intense training class to learn Westmoreland County specific information.
