Westmoreland Manor excited to announce our new “Self-Scheduling” program!We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a 408-bed facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task! Spots for this program are limited!Self-Scheduling employees will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Hours not to exceed 1,000 in one year or 32 in one week. Self-Scheduling employees will be paid the full-time bid rate during orientation, which will be approximately (3) three eight-hour shifts. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator for approval. This position provides the opportunity for successful candidates to have a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate!The below pay rates will take effect upon successful completion of orientation:SS Staff Nurse/LPN: Weekdays $35.00/hr. Weekends: (Sat & Sun) $40.00/hr.SS RN Nurse/RN: Weekdays $40.00/hr Weekends (Sat & Sun) $45.00/hrNo vacation, personal, or sick time will be accrued. No retirement plan offered.
