RN Assessment Coordinator – Nursing (Westmoreland Manor)

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of  RN Assessment Coordinator for Westmoreland Manor.

Candidates must possess the ability to audit and monitor nursing care for compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice, the health care facility, and governmental regulations.

Successful applicants will possess:

Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; 
ability to assemble, analyze and prepare reports. 
Ability to interact effectively with the case management teams of other health care disciplines, 

Education and Experience

Applicants must have graduated from a state approved school of nursing 
Current registration with the State Board of Nursing Examiners by examination as a Registered Nurse
2-5 years professional experience. 
Proficiency in operating personal computer and using various types of software to input medical information. 
Previous experience with Utilization Review/ or Quality Assurance within the last 3 years.
