These Planning District Meetings will be one of the last opportunities for input before the plan is finalized and adopted. Please make plans to attend a meeting near you!Municipalities in Planning District 4 include Mt Pleasant, East Huntingdon, Scottdale, and Mt Pleasant, but all Westmoreland residents are welcome to attend.
