Plea in catalytic converter thefts spotlights larger problem

While a New Florence man was sentenced to prison and ordered to pay restitution this week for his role in a catalytic converter theft ring, a salesman at one of the dealerships targeted said there’s little more that could have been done to prevent the crime.
