Office Coordinator – Public Works

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Office Coordinator for the Westmoreland County Public Works. The position is to manage the office and daily operations of the Public Works department’s clerical functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Job duties include but are not limited to: relay assignment and projects to Department supervisors, maintains department files, answers the phone and relays messages, processes payroll for the department, interacts with internal departments and vendors, processes invoices, billing and expenses, and other office and clerical tasks as necessary.

Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent with one to two years of office/clerical experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

County residency must be established within 180 days and maintained throughout employment.  Resumes, cover letters, and county applications should be sent to:
