Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for the position of 3 p.m.-11 p.m. Nursing Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to supervise the provision of nursing care to residents. Job duties include: Coordinate the provision of nursing care to residents; visits each nursing unit to obtain report of resident’s conditions; examines residents having symptoms of illness; identifies problems and assesses conditions; notifies physician or CRNP of problems or conditions ; assists with follow through of physician or CRNP orders; notifies family of changes and subsequent treatment, schedules and assigns staff to units, assists Charge Nurse with admission of new residents; and assists Charge Nurse and staff with problems regarding patient care.
Qualified Applicants must possess: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, Two (2) to Five (5) years nursing experience, must possess and maintain a current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners, Physical ability to do heavy lifting, and CHRI check done within one year period or have the ability to obtain one.
