Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for the position of Nursing Supervisor, variable shift. The purpose of this position is to supervise the provision of nursing care to residents. Job duties include: Coordinate the provision of nursing care to residents; visits each nursing unit to obtain report of resident’s conditions; examines residents having symptoms of illness; identifies problems and assesses conditions; notifies physician or CRNP of problems or conditions ; assists with follow through of physician or CRNP orders; notifies family of changes and subsequent treatment, schedules and assigns staff to units, assists Charge Nurse with admission of new residents; and assists Charge Nurse and staff with problems regarding patient care.
Qualified Applicants must possess: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, Two (2) to Five (5) years nursing experience, must possess and maintain a current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners, Physical ability to do heavy lifting, and CHRI check done.
*Sign-On Bonus criteria includes, but is not limited to: Bonus program only offered for candidates hired from July 13th, 2020 to November 30th, 2020. Bonus to be disbursed in four payments over the course of 2-year period (6 month, 1 year. 18 month, and 2 year mark from first date of employment). Employee’s continued eligibility dependent on sufficient attendance and punctuality. Former employees and those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible.
