Norwin, Jeannette high school students released early after bomb threat, suspect in custody

Police on Tuesday took a suspect into custody and school officials canceled classes in two Westmoreland County districts after receiving “a shared bomb threat specific to Norwin High School and Jeannette High School,” administrators in Norwin said.
