Norwin guidance counselor accused of having drugs on school grounds

A Norwin Middle School guidance counselor told police Friday that the suspected crystal methamphetamine and a glass pipe with burnt residue police found inside his pants while he was in his car on school property “wasn’t even his” and he “didn’t even know what it was,” according to North Huntingdon police.
