Fiscal Operations Manager- Westmoreland County Prison

              Fiscal Operations Manager- Westmoreland County Prison Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Fiscal Operations Manager for the Westmoreland County Prison. Job duties include but are not limited to: preparing, monitoring, and overseeing all financial matters pertaining to the Westmoreland County Prison and the inmates of the Westmoreland County Prison. Additionally, this role is responsible to supervise the fiscal staff at the County Prison and to ensure compliance with required state and federal mandates and the County accounting system.  Applicants must have  bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, strong computer skills necessary and experience with financial soft ware is preferred. Additionally, the idea candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a Fiscal officer or 4 years professional accounting and budgeting experience.
