Facilities Manager – Public Works

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Facilities Manager for the Westmoreland County Public Works. The position is to manage and direct the facilities, management, including construction, maintenance, and custodial duties, for buildings and properties owned by the County as well as monitor the preventative maintenance as well as equipment conditions. Job duties include but are not limited to: writing and reviewing bid specification for bid packages, supervising and directing daily assignments, and facilitating the capital improvements to County owned properties.The preferred applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 5-10 years of experience in facility management, engineering, or related fields.Resumes, cover letters, and county applications should be sent to:Human Resources2 N.
