Facilities Director– Public Works Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Facilities Director for its Bureau of Public Works. The position is to direct construction and maintenance activities, maintenance teams and provide overall direction and administration in the operations of the Courthouse Complex and some remote location and to oversee the preventative maintenance of all building systems equipment. Other essential functions of the position include: Bid specification preparation, department budget, capital improvements and funding options.
