Development Coordinator – Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation

The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation is growing our operations and seeking new team members for the position of Development Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to assist in overseeing the development, construction, and maintenance of the county’s real estate assets, to portray a positive image and support economic development as a member of the corporation for the benefit of Westmoreland County. Assists with managing and contributes to the overall development, construction, and maintenance of the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation’s (WCIDC) property, facilities and development projects. Assists the Development Director and Development Manager in the preparation of receiving quotes and proposals for all WCIDC maintenance and construction related projects and, in the pre-bid, and pre-job conferences on all WCIDC owned buildings and land sites. See full position description for more details. Successful candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. Three years of experience in real estate development, construction management, business or related field preferred.
