Custodian – Public Works (FT)

SHIFT: VARIABLE SHIFTS/VARIABLE DAYS         SALARY: Pay Grade 3LOCATION: VARIABLE    QUALIFICATIONS:1.    Ability to learn the materials, methods and practices used in custodial work.2.    Ability to learn the operation and care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines,     polishing machines and other janitorial equipment.3.    Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.4.    Ability to exercise care in the use of cleaning materials for different types of building surfaces.5.    Sufficient physical strength to permit work at custodial tasks.6.    Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
