Custodian- PT- Area Agency on AgingWestmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Part-Time Custodian in the Area Agency on Aging. The purpose of the position is the cleaning and upkeep of the offices in the Aging Department. Job duties include but are not limited to:• Ability to learn the materials, methods, and practices used in custodial work.• Ability to operate and care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and other janitorial equipment.• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.• Sufficient physical strength to permit work at custodial tasks. Also, must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The shifts for this position are Monday 4:00pm-10:00pm, and Tuesday-Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm.
