Custodian/Housekeeper- Westmoreland Manor

JOB ANNOUNCEMENTCustodian/Housekeeper  Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for a full-time Custodian at the rate of $16.70 per hour. The purpose of this position is to perform general housekeeping of Westmoreland Manor areas as directed. The shift for this position is variable, but currently set on 3P-11P. The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Mops halls, dining rooms, restrooms, resident rooms, and other non-carpeted areas.Climbing a ladder to perform high dusting, taking down and putting up privacy cubicle curtains, valences when soiled.Dusts and mops stairwells and door frames, dusts rails in hallways, dusts lights and vending machines in café, etc.Cleans counters, windows and window seals, furniture, etc.Cleans glass doors and mirrors.Cleans elevators and elevator tracks.Vacuums carpeted areas.Buffs hallway floors.
