Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for Part Time Custodial Worker positions in the Public Works Department. The purpose of the position is to perform general housekeeping of Westmoreland County buildings areas as directed. Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job duties include but are not limited to:Empty trash containers and collect other garbage in assigned areas. Empty all trash into approved dumpsterDust and mop hallways and other floors; vacuum carpeted areas including hallways and stairsClean offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, courtrooms, and other assigned areasDusts desks, cabinets, drapes, curtains, and other furniture Clean sinks, commodes, urinals, fixtures, mirrors, floors, walls, glass, etcRestocks toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etcCleans other areas including holding cells, stairwells, elevators, water fountains, outdoors, etc., as assignedResumes should be sent to: Human Resources Department2 N.
