In this position you will  be working with the departments of Aging, Children’s Bureau, Behavioral Health, Veteran’s Affairs, and Community Relations and Prevention.DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this Clerk 2 position, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and fiscal duties involving financial record keeping and/or transactions relating to departmental functions, including processing accounts payables and receivables, data entry of services rendered, and supporting general fiscal operations.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Eligibility will be determined after successfully completing 3 months of continuous, regular employment. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Youngwood.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; orCompletion of a high school business curriculum; orAny equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities. Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
