Westmoreland Manor is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as casual Certified Nurse Aides, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses! As an employee with us, you will be part of a large, dedicated staff devoted to caring for residents in a 408-bed facility. We are seeking applicants able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task!
Casual employees must work at least 84 hours per month, with at least 32 of the 84 hours needing to be Saturday or Sunday shifts. All candidates MUST be able to commit to a full-time orientation schedule, which is comprised of 4-6 weeks of 7-3 and 3-11 shifts. After orientation, employees must submit a monthly schedule of availability to the Staffing Coordinator.
The below pay rates will take effect upon successful completion of orientation and assumption of a casual schedule:
Casual Nurse Aide: Weekdays $19.38/hr. Weekends: (Sat & Sun): $21.40/hr.
Casual Staff Nurse/LPN: Weekdays $25.44/hr. Weekends: (Sat & Sun): $27.46/hr.
Casual RN Nurse/ RN: Weekdays $29.78/hr. Weekends: (Sat & Sun) : $31.80/hr.
***Note: Casual employees are not eligible for shift differential, meal allowance, or holiday pay, or other benefits such as health insurance or vacation/sick time accrual. Other rules and requirements apply to casual positions. Please contact us for details.***
Qualified Applicants must possess:
High school graduate or equivalency
Physical ability to do heavy lifting
CHRI check done within a one year period or have the ability to obtain one
Must possess and maintain a current valid PA Nurse Aide certificate or a current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)
