Campaign Finance Manager – Election Bureau

Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Campaign Finance Manager in the Election Bureau. This position is responsible for the management of the campaign finance process including, but not limited to, candidate and committee filings/reporting and to enforce compliance to all appropriate laws, codes of federal regulations, state and local regulations, as well as to inform candidates, committees, voters, etc. to ensure voter confidence in the electoral system. Also, this position will be responsible for tracking campaign finance reports and  compliance with reporting, prepare and submit for publication of all legal notices required for elections throughout the year, and field and fulfil elections information, SURE system information, state department requests as requested. Applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of the election process is required.
