ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
This position minimally requires six months to one year of Public Safety data entry, including E9-1-1, experience is preferred. This includes performing digitization of mapping data, 9-1-1 road centerlines, addresses, structure points and building footprints.
Required to perform in a coordination role with emergency services, municipal, county, state, and federal government agencies, to include knowledge of Enhanced
9-1-1 data elements(Master Street Address Guide(MSAG), Wireless 9-1-1, including phase I & II, voice over Internet Telephony(VoIP)and emergency service zones(ESZ), and geospatial data elements(Road centerlines, address points, structure points, parcel data, orthophotography), with the ability to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and proficiency with ESRI Geospatial products(Arc View, Arc Editor, Arc Map, Arc SDE, and Arc GIS)utilized to perform the work tasks.
High School graduate or similar experiences or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills,and abilities to satisfy the postion.
A SKILLS PROFICIENCY TEST WILL BE A PART OF THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
