Westmoreland County Parks & Recreation is currently seeking college students to fill the Program Aide and Environmental Counselor positions.
The Program Aide assists with program design, set up, and execution. The festivals and fundraising programs we currently have scheduled require hard working individuals that are able to take initiative and problem solve. There is a lot of preparation work outdoors but are required to help market and promote all of the events scheduled.
Environmental Counselors help plan, coordinate, and run entire summer environmental programs. Help supervise camps located at Twin Lakes, Mammoth, Cedar Creek and Northmoreland Parks. A fun energetic person that enjoys working with kids and wants to provide programs that are fun and educational.
