We need you – apply today!DESCRIPTION OF WORK:To assist the administrative staff with coordinating day-to-day operations, schedules, logistics, call screening, payroll, and a variety of other relevant clerical responsibilities. Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested by administrative staff. Screen phone calls from the public, taking messages, and forwarding to the appropriate administrator as needed.Prepare reports and documents for the administrative staff as needed. Assist in preparing budget documents. Collects agency timesheets and submits Agency payroll. Supervise the Agency Clerk Typist I’s (Reception and File Room). May be required to cover Administrative Assistant II work as needed. May be required to cover Administrative Officer II work, as needed.Work Schedule and Additional Information:• Full-time employment.• Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.• May require working outside of normal scheduled working hours• You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
