Yough recognizes trio of homecoming queens, 50 years later

Karen Potocher Beyrand of Yukon holds a photo of her and two additional Yough School District students who reigned as homecoming queens in 1969. She also holds a yearbook from her alma mater, South Huntingdon High School.

Fifty years ago, three young women attending rival high schools simultaneously shared the title of Yough School District homecoming queen.
