Westmoreland County edges up with 23 new coronavirus cases

The Doughboy, one of the most recognizable veterans monuments in Westmoreland County is a life size granite statue of a World War I U.S. Army soldier. It is located on the traffic diamond along Main Street in Mt. Pleasant.

Westmoreland County on Saturday reported 23 new coronavirus cases, the most in more than a week.
