Weather grounds Saturday's 'Heroes' Tribute' flyover

Poor weather conditions have canceled today’s planned “Heroes’ Tribute” flyover of Westmoreland County communities by four of the pilots who are participating in this weekend’s Shop ‘n Save Westmoreland County Airshow.
