Summit set to seek strategies for reducing homelessness in Westmoreland County

A former resident at the shelter, Taylor is scheduled to appear among panelists at a Westmoreland Housing Alliance Team summit on Aug. 1, 2023 at Westmoreland County Community College.

Shelters in Westmoreland County were providing a roof and a bed for 74 homeless people in January, an increase from 56 people a year earlier.
