Search for Bolivar man is similar to father’s time on the lam

David Lee McGinnis, 26, of Bolivar is accused of firing one round from a 9mm handgun during an altercation inside the Indiana County hotel room.

This isn’t the first time police have searched for a David McGinnis in the Bolivar and Fairfield Township areas.
