Rooney family connection with Saint Vincent College spans generations, runs deeper than Steelers football

Elizabeth E. Barker, director of Saint Vincent Colleges Verostko Center for the Arts, holds an image of the late Dan Rooney, former Steelers president. It is one of many pieces of Steelers-related art that have been donated to the center as part of the Collection of Kay and Art Rooney Jr.

No matter where you look on the Saint Vincent College campus, it’s hard not to find the influence of the Rooney family.
