Police use surveillance footage, witnesses to identify suspect in fatal Rostraver road rage shooting

Investigators used surveillance footage and witness statements to identify a Belle Vernon man who they said fatally shot a woman in Rostraver in an act of a road rage 90 minutes into 2022.
