Despite a billboard alert near the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Irwin interchange and acquaintances of David S. Bailey offering a reward for information leading to a conviction, investigators have not made an arrest at the one-year anniversary of the North Huntingdon chiropractor’s murder.
