Police: Monessen woman was drunk when she hit parked cars, person in North Belle Vernon

A Monessen woman allegedly was intoxicated Monday when she hit several parked cars, lost a wheel on her SUV and hit a woman who tried to get her to stop driving through North Belle Vernon, according to police.
