Pavement work triggers I-70 ramp closure, lane restriction in Rostraver, North Belle Vernon

Eastbound motorists on Interstate 70 in Rostraver and North Belle Vernon will encounter a ramp closure and detour as well as a single-lane restriction from 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19 through 6 a.m. Monday.
