Fans of German food and a beer can partake of both while raising money for scholarships at the Norwin Chamber of Commerce’s fourth OktCHAMBERfest from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 22 at Quinn Brewing, Banco Business Park, 3000 Commerce Loop, North Huntingdon.
