Jeannette junior will debut, direct original composition at community band concert

Jeannette High School Marching Band Drum Major Logan Bortz, 16, has composed a piece which will be performed Oct. 12 by the Jeannette Community Band.

When Joanne Bortz gets home, there’s no telling what instrument her son Logan might be playing.
