A deal to purchase a nearly 15-acre plot at the Westmoreland Technology Park II in Hempfield was finalized this week. AL. Neyer, Pittsburgh-area development firm, said it will buiild a 150,000 industrial building and warehouse. Construction could begin in July.

A Pittsburgh-area developer said it will increase its presence in Westmore­land County with plans for an industrial building and warehouse on nearly 15 acres at an industrial park in Hempfield.
