2 tractor-trailers go over an embankment along Pa. Turnpike near Donegal

Two westbound tractor-trailers crashed along the Pennsylvania Turnpike between the Somerset and Donegal exits Tuesday morning, with the vehicles rolling over a snow-covered embankment.
