13-year-old in custody in connection with fatal stabbing of 10-year-old in Donegal Township

A 13-year-old boy is in state police custody in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 10-year-old boy at a house Thursday morning on Donegal Lake Road in Donegal Township, police said.
